Child Policies:
• At this time for your child’s safety and the safety of our cats, no one under the age of 8 is allowed inside the cafe.
• All children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
• 1 adult must be present per 2 children.
• Each party must agree and sign a waiver at the time of booking before their visit.
OUR POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Upon Entry:
When you arrive, please wait until the front glass door is closed completely before opening cubicle door. (Please don't let the cats out!).
Please do NOT pick up the cats!! Not everyone wants to be held and we don’t want anyone to get scratched.
Check in with the front desk. Please read and follow our House Rules. Drinks and snacks are available to order from our cafe menu. Grab a toy and enjoy the cats!
We have group pricing available via our Pause Passes. Ask staff for more details.
Refunds:
Please call us at (303) 955-5185 if you have questions or if you need to cancel. Refunds are not automatic.
Cancellations must be made prior to reservation.
Parties of 6 or more will have their hour start and end on the hour to honor reservations afterwards. Thank you for understanding.
